Secrets of Faydwer
I put one of these on one of my traders and it just today hit 100% of the stats shown (33ac 350 HPs 360 mana/end). /played shows 262 days and 17 hours.
I'll update when it hits the full max.
Update: At some point in the 12 hours prior to 725 Days and 17 Hours it reached the full max of 39AC 420/432/432 etc.

Nope its about Total Playing Time of your character. I logged on and check the charm I got good stat for the character played for 241 days even I just logged on (and not time entitle to your account).

It's based off time in the world of Norrath pretty sure it resets when you go to pop void luclin. Really funny reading all these posts on how some have played since beta and only have 3 stats on it lol thats because you're logged in for 30mins.

I have 1100 days on this toon - all stats read THREE. what a ripoff!
It seems from reading posts, and looking at my own stats at 681 days, that it maxes out around 700 days played. Very little difference between 681 and 724 days played. It's on my full time trader who is lvl 59. At 71+ you can get better for a lot less money. It's really only good for bazaar merchants, and TSer's

How exactly do you have 17 years played, seeing as how EQ has only been out since 1999. Stupid is as stupid does.
With 17 years played, you can expect the charm to be maxed.

Huh, looks like there may be a benefit to keeping your toon parked in GL instead of camping out.
Who knows, maybe people will play their bazaar vendors now.
