I've read that Pathfinder Arelat in the library in PoK now sells this though I'm yet to confirm.

I purchased this for 3k a couple of weeks ago and it's already more requested than call of earth by my friends.
At 57, I get 27atk per group member out of this (which is a lot better than the 20atk that is listed in the spell effect data).
