OriginalThis, along with all other PoSky quest items can be recharged with the mana batteries sold in PoSky. Though not quite as useful as we already get haste spells it can free up a spell gem and is mana free.

Druids get a belt with haste built in, most other classes get a haste item. However in Verants total wisdom shamans get the poopy items in plane of sky. Ever"quest" ha ha what they should have said was ever"dont do shaman plane of sky quest(s)"

Hey dude u know what alacrity is? Enchanter spell for haste. So, u do get haste

Its a spell we can cast anyway, it woul dbe good it weren't for TWO charges. think click, click, useless item. not worth the qeust for 4 wis really

What does Alacrity do?

Alacrity is a lvl 44 shaman haste buff that increase your attack speed around 30-45% or so, can't remember.
