Got Bane of Nife in Seb at Juggs/reets... so ya know

I (58 shaman) had this drop off the named mobs in Skyfire, soul devourer if i remember correctly. Been doing the named there and have gotten up to a level 58 druid spell - Fist of Karana. I'm HOPING to find my Bane of Nife and Tigir's Insects spell there, but Bane of Nife has the same "found on creatures" list as this spell does - neither list a soul devourer as dropping it. Does this mean that I stand a chance of getting Bane of Nife off of the named mobs in Skyfire?
