Ridiculous that these gormars are so friggin' hard to find anywhere. Needed for Scorpion VIII's, and impossible to find. Drops off "named mobs" in half the zones...and spent hours in Maiden Eye with not one drop.
They are extremely rare; but I found a good source. The best place I found was in Timorous Deep. From the gunthak pirate
and gunthak swabby mobs. They are still rare, but you can muster up maybe half a dozen in an hour's time, killing maybe two cycles of all the mobs. Not bad experience for a 50ish lvl character too.

Finally found a spot where you can locate these drops. Timorous Deep, off the mobs listed above. They aren't real common, but I can manage to get two or three in an hours time. Better than anyplace else I've looked so far.
