Velketor's Labyrinth is the best place, can drop off 'a crystalline watcher' there as well as 'a shard spider', there are many of both types all around the bottom floor and up the ramp.

Found out it drops from 'a blizzard spider' in Velketor's Lab and in Old Seb I found one on a froglok jin shaman
I think the best place to farm these are Velketor's Labyrinth. from ground floor up they have been dropping often. I tried Droga and the drop rate was really bad. Though I did get 1 from a Goblin Moss Knight there, So not just limited to spiders.

Droga spiders. Drops like candy. I don't normally kill the spiders. But they attack me when I farm tribute crap, and they drop this like crazy. And there's about a bazillion spiders in there. There's like 5 where the King used to spawn. They're sort of scattered about, but there you go, rogues & farmers. Now you know.
Incidently, the other goblins drop poison making crap, too. I'm not at home right now, or I'd list it.

Can confirm this. I cleared the ramps 4 times looking for mid level silks. I got 100+ of these in 4 clearings. They drop like water.
