Today I got one at Blackfeather roost from a vicious mountain bear. It shows no stat initially but when you equip stats appear.
Riwwi, Coliseum of Games off a trash mob.
I just got this as a drop in Nadox off of a Bloodtusk ... at level 62 with 275 Char I get AC 26, HP, Mana, End +77 ... the other stats seem to also have gone up a point or two ... so I am not so sure that it is all that nerfed ...

Dropped off "a corrupted system" in Plane of Innovation while farming Rogue epic components.
As of SEPTEMBER 26th, 2009 these STILL DROP,
So any posts (below) trying to tell you they are nerfed,
are full of crap.
We looted 3 of them in one night, from one of the listed zones.
At Level 62 and Charisma at 265, it gave these stats:
AC 25 HP/Mana/End 72
Str/Agi 9
Sta/Int/Dex 8
Magic 11 Fire/Poison 7 Cold 10 Disease 5
Room for aug: Slot 1 Type 7
So any posts (below) trying to tell you they are nerfed,

The nerfage refered to is that:
When this item first came out, it was designed to max out at level 60 with 255 charisma. The charisma cap wasn't set in place and the charm got insane for people with very high (500+) charisma. The developers realized this and the charisma was capped at 255. Higher charisma no longer increases the charms stats.
With level 60 and charisma 255, the charm is:
AC: 24
HP: 79
Mana:79
End 79
Str: 9 Magic: 10
Sta: 7 Fire: 7
Int: 7 Cold: 10
Wis: 11 Disease: 5
Agi: 8 Poison: 7
Dex: 7
Cha: 12
the small picture above includes the Ccharm with a Slipgear's Gem installed.

Look at the augment he has in that picture he has posted. Thats where all those extra stats are coming from.
I'm sorry, but 80AC+ on a level 40 charm does not appear normal, even if the picture does indeed show real time game stats. That's as much ac as the SOF/SOD raid charms.
I can see the nerf bat incoming very soon from miles away on this one.

Well, a lvl 40 will never reach over 255 cha and thus will never see the max ac. Only one with the correct stat raising aa will.
Charm with 280 cha
I put on some heroic cha items after that screenshot for a total of +9 extra cha, those ended up adding about +4 ac and +11 hp/mana/end.

Where did it drop though?
Any mob level 53-65'ish can drop this. Could be slightly off on level range of mob's but I know CoD and BoT both drop Intricate level gear and those zones have 60-65 level mobs.
