Found out through experimenting that you cannot be translocated if you have been Teleport Bind in a zone that you are bound in; you have to actually zone, aka, reload zone.

Tryed to use this spell for the first time ever today. It says 'character fades away.' but nothing happens, no translocate box, nothing.
