Just my 2cp, but-

Since this is a Fabled weapon, don't you think they should have "Fabled" the proc? I understand it's a slow, but it's only 10%! Now, before you all start flaming me; yes, 10% is helpful, and i appreciate it. BUT, it's a FABLED weapon... C'MON! 20% isn't too much to ask, heck, i would settle for 15%. The VERY LEAST SoE could have done was increase the DoT damage... 20dmg/tick??.... really? I don't think that's unreasonable.

An even better change would be to remove the DoT altogether, the loss of paltry dps is far made up by the ability to not break mezzes, imho.

That's just the opinion of a lazy beastlord though. Good luck all ^.^

I tend to agree.

This would seem sensible, but it's not likely to change.

A number of Fabled items got Fabled effects, but more than half did not.

How do you spawn this mob? I can't seem to find any info if trap mob or random pop from spawns.

Having been researching the non-fabled version of this mob for months now, I have managed to finally track down all the information needed for him.

There are five traps in Plane of Earth that are triggers for Tribal Leader Diseranon or his fabled counterpart. When the event cycle is working correctly, the first four traps (no matter which order you trigger them in) will spawn An Earth Initiate, and the fifth will trigger either A Fearsome Earthcrafter, Tribal Leader Diseranon, or (during the anniversary events) the fabled Tribal Leader Diseranon.

Copy and paste the following information into "poeartha_1.txt" in your maps folder to get the locations of the five traps:

P 480.3034, 833.6657, 33.2770, 0, 0, 0, 2, Trap_-_TLD
P -62.0755, 895.1182, 8.2113, 0, 0, 0, 2, Trap_-_TLD
P 279.4164, 791.5285, 32.0020, 0, 0, 0, 2, Trap_-_TLD
P 236.8114, 478.8266, 8.0020, 0, 0, 0, 2, Trap_-_TLD
P -241.4852, 953.2858, 8.0020, 0, 0, 0, 2, Trap_-_TLD

Right now, this event seems to be broken on many servers. If you trigger five An Earth Initiates in a row, give up. You're wasting your time until the zone crashes or otherwise resets. If you see any of the other three mobs within your first five trap triggers, you're good to go.

EDIT: As of the 4/7/2009 patch, this is supposed to be fixed. If so, I'll have two of the fabled and (hopefully) non-fabled clubs by tonight.

EDIT: I did not try to ***** up the spawn cycle the way I'm aware it can be done, but I was able to get both the normal TLD and the Fabled TLD to spawn on back-to-back cycles (six in total) and now have my Fabled slow stick. Both named dropped the shaman trash item. The fight was a piece of cake. Shaman type mob, spent about half the time casting spells. Low DPS, although I'm sure individual hits are comparable to other Fabled in PoEarth.
