Hasn't anyone noticed that this is a multi-skill item? Tailoring has the highest trivial, but the brewing trivial of 102 is still a lot more than most are willing to invest in that skill.
I just raised my brewing to 51 from 0 today and let me tell you, building up any trade skill is time consuming and some can be EXPENSIVE. I also have 55 Smithing, 22 Tailoring, and 85 Fletching that I have brought up from zero over the last two days. I respect anyone who can make any item that requires 100 skill or greater in two or more tradeskills without having to buy raw materials from merchants or other players.
Oh yeah, if you want to build tradeskills, and can get in, Freeport is the place to be. Between the merchants and the mobs in the surrounding zones, you can find enough raw materials to do tradeskills for a long, long time.
The downside to Freeport is no really big loot mobs nearby to farm for funds to pay for tradeskill materials if you run out of money. Butcherblock has plenty of mobs with big loot, but not every city on Faydwer is fully equipped for all tradeskills, so you spend a lot of time running between the 4 cities hunting down merchants and mobs with the raw materials you need and the tradeskill containers to combine them in.
I can't wait for Ykesha to come out. The expanded bank will make it a lot easier for people learning multiple trades to have more tools and containers on hand. Bakers especially need a lot of things like pots, pans, cake and pie tins, cookie cutters, skewers and other things that take up a lot of slots.
Wanna see a real multi-skill quest? Follow this link to see the holy grail of trade skill related quests. It uses nearly all of them and requires extremely high levels in each one. It usually takes more than one person to make all the required items to finish it and the quest is supposed to still be active, if you want to try your luck.
