I have searched high and low, and as far as I can tell, this spell is NOT sold on any vendor anywhere on Norrath. It is only crafted through research. Also, The Rune of Fulguration that is needed for this spell I have heard needs to have an "Azia" following the name. I have not even seen this rune, and I do know that the normal Rune of Fulguration does NOT combine with the Rune of Periphery to make the spell. What's the deal?? Dos anyone know where to find the Rune of Fulguration- Azia??

They're not on any vendors, much less those in Firionia Vie and Overthere, as I told someone at Graffe's. Unfortunately had to disappoint him as he was frustrated in researching it. :(
And the rune it uses is called Rune of Fulguration. The other rune is also called, Rune of Fulguration. They really should be tagged Azia and Beza, but someone dropped the ball. The only way you can tell them appart is 1) they don't stack, 2) one sells to a vendor for more (think the higher level one does), and 3) the other rune (obviously) doesn't work for this spell combine.

Ok maybe I'm missing something but in looking at the recipie listed to make this spell I don't see a Rune Of Fulguration listed.
The only ingredients I see are Al'Kabor Thickener, Ink of Pain, Luclin's Ink Additive, Pristine Rough Hide & Quill of the Arcanist.
I don't want to go bonkers trying to combine these items and getting frustrated when a spell isn't produced because it needs a Rune.

The only ingredients I see are Al'Kabor Thickener, Ink of Pain, Luclin's Ink Additive, Pristine Rough Hide & Quill of the Arcanist.
I don't want to go bonkers trying to combine these items and getting frustrated when a spell isn't produced because it needs a Rune.

Spell research was revamped relatively recently. Before that, the recipe required runes. Now, it is as listed above.
