is it true, Halflings got shafted again? But really, can any1 tell me of any good halfling wearable armor that is dropped in Kurn's, cause i have my 21 hfl war there and my friends are gonna help me get some armor. Please help me out!

I have looted 2 of these so far. First one came off a greater skeleton and the second time off a normal scalebone skeleton. Both times on the 4th lvl of Kurn's Tower.
