Ok this drops off a tribal SHAMAN, looks great has nice stats decent one hand blunt, and which class can't use it that should? I really question who it is at Verant who comes up with racial and class restrictions for items, not a drop of common sense in them.

Lol,I have a rogue and have wondered for a long time why there are so many really nice piercers only usable by tanks.

Haven't you done any quests around Shar Vahl yet? The stone used in this hammer is obviously a spirit anchor of some sort. Makes me wonder if casting Identify on it would reveal anything about it's true nature...
