I just saw this helm on a dark elf earlier today, and I wanted to know if there's any other helms out there with this graphic. It looks great on a drow.
Dropped today. seems to be his very common loot

I've got this item on my warrior and noticed that it actually has Paladin as a listed class also.
Last time I checked no race of Paladin could worship any of the listed deites due to them being evil.
Must be an oversight...or is it a sign of possible changes ahead....doubt it :P.

Not a bad helm at all, 1 less ac than Raldukan, which sells for about 6k on Morell Thule...would be nice to have even though the ac is slightly less than what I'm wearing atm.
I've been grouping in TM off and on for a while, never seen this guy up.

Anyone know the graphic on this helm for a DE? Normally I could care less, but I couldn't take it if I had to live with that stupid cap helm we get.

Its actually a rusty red skull. If you dye it white it looks like a normal(ish) skeleton type head.

Dark Reddish Plate look
My sk wears this and it has been described as looking slighty darker then crusty, or terd brown as cleric friend told me when she saw it... doh those mean hearted inny worshipping clerics will try to put yer ugly gear down any chance they get.
i bought one of these on bertoxx for 13k my ogre sk enjoys it alot =)
they made a +10wis helm warrior wearable but not shammy - good grief

Most Shaman can wear plate. Iksar are the ones that can't and because of it Shaman's in general have suffered...

just because some armors (jaudice bone for example) are plate, that doesnt mean that the class is a plate class. There are exceptions to every rule.
Tolans armor for rangers appears plate, doesnt make them a plate class does it? :)

Halflings and dwarves are no longer able to use it either...i JUST saw one in game....
Um, dwarves never *could* use it by the picture.
And yes, I agree with the other reply... GNM means Gnome.

I was under the impression that under race, GNM meant gnome. maybe that's just me.

Gnome SK's worship Bertoxxuious. Think clerics can too but not sure.
I have an Ogre Shaman and he is a devote worshiper of Rallos Zek. And yes I wish I could have it!
Its also a 25 ac 10 str helm, so good luck getting one for a cleric anyhow. I'd love one for mine, but would be tough to get away from the tanks.
The wis and ac on this hat make it ideal for clerics, the lack of hps sta or resists makes it a heck of alot less useful to tanks, yeah it might be brownish but at least its not pink.

Heratius was yellow to me at 56...And it looks like he is a one week spawn, or his spawn time always conicides with my being at work and school 8p
Actually, he is 24 hours or so. We dropped him the night we got this, and then the next night were there about the same time and he spawned again.
Also, his last name is Grolden...I typo'd when I submitted the item... Level 58 mob, about 20khp...

I believe this guy is on a random timer...I was there a few weeks back and he spawned twice in about 8 hours for us. Both times he dropped the Fist of Iron.
All in all we have killed this guy 4 times...twice he dropped the Fist of Iron and twice the Helm.
There are two named that spawn on the top level. One on the inside (same spawn rate as named on lower levels) and then this guy outside on the balcony.

I was in a group at the big vampire castle not to long ago. The named mobs arent that tough but they have a TON of HP. The one from the top floor, which I think is the one that drops this helm gated on us twice. We finally managed to kill him but didnt drop much of anything. The group was 49 warrior (me) 56 ranger, 51 chanter, 50 something cleric 50 something monk and 40 something druid. We pulled pretty steadily from the castle out to a hill on the right. Good exp and decent loot.
Id like to know how you did this guy or even worked your way to him with that level of a group , I have hunted this castle many times and I just cant see that level of a group going to the top floor , first floor yes , second floor MAYBE some but not to the top.
Gooo Rallos Zek! :-) Sounds like those named Vampires in this zone drop some pretty nice stuff, I wonder how hard they are. I saw one group of people doing pretty well here pulling the named mobs. I think they were low to mid 50's.
