Will the 5% med mod stack with 5%med mod on another item?

i could be wrong...but from what i have read ...No...it doesnt stack...it takes higher percentage
#REDACTED, Posted: Apr 22 2002 at 10:20 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) The chanter gets first dib (if they don't got a ft item yet) then cleric or shaman, and if none of them have a ft item yet, the hybrids. This just my opinion, feel free to flame.

#REDACTED, Posted: Jun 13 2002 at 3:05 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) What about bards? Just a thought... <crawls back in his cave>

This item is *SO* well suited to Bards. We're screwed both on Mana Regen and Meditation. This one can offer us both. For the Bards that actually USE their mana, this thing is a dream come true.

Going into the quest this weekend--sure hope I get a shot at this baby.

1(bard med skill) * 1.05(5% med bonus) = 1.05 (rounded down = 1....so I doubt the med bonus will actually do anything for us...the FT on the otherhand is uber

The ROF is not there anymore. After the AC revamp they either forgot to keep it there or they removed it on purpose.

5%
# Apr 01 2002 at 2:42 AM Rating: Excellent
The 5% med skill will NOT work with any pure caster class that has reached his/her cap. For instance a level 60 druid with 252 meditate is pretty much beat.

We actually tested this with a cloak of truth (that also has 5% med mod) we took off all buffs and timed oom and it took about 12 mins. WIth and without the cloak.

I hope when you did this you made sure there base int/wis was the same with same type of modifiers and int/wis stats otherwise what was the point

and starting <base int/wis> is sometimes something no one looks at
wow

Most Excellent Hybrid Item

Unfortunately for casters/priests, the +5% meditate does not benifit them much, as their skill cannot be improved beyond 252 or 255, don't remember which.

However, hybrids are not limited by this restrictions (caps at 226), so a lvl 60 hybrid gains 11-12 meditate points, in addition to FT1.

As for the arguement on who this is 'best' for... I'll try and stay out of that... but if casters wish to know hybrid's 'pain', try doing an exp group all night long, without sitting :) FT rocks for hybrids.

#REDACTED, Posted: Mar 17 2002 at 4:32 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Im sorry to tell you but this is better for casters (wisdom and intelligence casters alike) because we CAN go up past 252 with the assistance of this item, it just wont show it on the "persona" bar......

not to mention bards and their limited meditate of 1 and the fact that clarity or their songs don't work for them... 2 meditate and flowing thought would help a charm bard out immensely.

Do you know for certain that a bard would benefit from this item? Since we don't benefit from our own mana regeneration songs or any form of clarity, would Verant be kind enough to let us benefit from this? Since many groups see bards as equivalent to chanters, I am often charming for crowd control. Once I go oom, you can write me off for another half hour as I med back to full. Ugh. And don't even think about casting that AoE damage song - 200DD for 800 mana.

Pretty please, let this help us bards!

#REDACTED, Posted: Jan 22 2002 at 2:49 PM, Rating: Unrated, (Expand Post) this reminds of the time I ate a slice of pizza then went over to a 60 year old guys house and made him **** me in the *** in front of his wife and kids.

I would definitely give up 4 wis on one ear (have the +6 wis earrings) for the extra stats and yes the FLOWING THOUGHT that this earring has.

However, I just read the quest/raid thing, and It would take my whole guild to have a decent chance at this. Oh well.
