I got two of these for my Shaman, but most of the people in my guild are of the opinion that AC is the most important--would you keep two RMB's, or ditch one and do the Totemic quest... doesn't seem to me like DEX and AC are all that big a deal for Shammys... and +10 WIS from the two of the RMB's is certainly VERY nice.
Keep 'em!!! You will be a buffin machine. Some people are of the opinion that because shaman are large classes they should do some fighting...I think they are casters and should stay out of melee. Shaman dont have any huge heals that agro mobs either - buff/dot/slow doesnt require alot of AC. Soloing at high level you have your pet so you dont need AC for that either.
