Shadows of Luclin
This dropped off Felor Swiftwater in the hidden area. You would think from the name of the cloak it would drop off a Cral Ligi (air) alien, but it actually drops off the Vas Ren (water)type.
Bah!
or one of the Air type aliens like cral ligi

I'll tell you the way to the secret area. I'm not sure if I was the first one on my server to find it but I know I was close. I ran to Twilight to res 2 rangers. It was the 2nd day that Luclin came out. After talking to them a bit they told me they were tracking some blues but that they couldn't get to them. that there must be a secret portal or some such. So I joined the search. They were banging their heads on the wall of the zone so I said there must be an underwater tunnel. I swam out about 300 yards/meters, quite a bit anyway, and found a hole going strait down. I came up sputtering and called them over. Through that tunnel is a secret area with more mobs, and they're higher level.
Now this item is definitely not dropped by them. It's dropped by the elementals. They drop a lot of the crappy Luclin Armor stuff though.

If you had of actually read what was posted about TT and Doom you would have noticed that they weren't saying it drops off of Doom or in TT but that it might drop off a rare spawn similar to him.

I was playing around with my new AA ability Dire Charm here, and Felor Swiftwater, a named alien in the area beyond the tunnel is the MoB that drops this item. He was just wandering around like the other aliens out there. Seemed to be about as difficult as them also. Good luck to those searching for him, must be a very rare spawn, as i have seen him only once in the many times i have hunted there.

can someone tell me why this zone is listed as 20-40 when all the good drops come off crits that are 45+ ? ? ?
There is a secret area in Twilight Sea with mobs that are blue to me at 51. Due to the sheer number of them, and the fact they have healers among them means I wouldn't want to hunt them till around 50.
yes but all these drops come off elements what are green to my 36 druid. i know cause i have more then half the items that drop in the zone.

for the life of me i cant think of anything in TS that is even close to level 50-except the quest npcs and guards at katta-i doubt they drop this.

The name suggests to me that this may be dropped by Aero, one of the 4 "Boss Elementals" that spawn occasionally on the Elemental Island. They are high 30s but are harder than their /con.

Possible rare named spawns? Similar to that skelly in TT in the forager cycle cant think of its name off hand. /shrug
I believe that skeleton's name is simply "Doom".
