Was dual boxing at KC zone line with my Ranger and Shammy and looted this with my Ranger without knowing what it was for. Does anyone know if the Ranger can turn this in at the same time as the Shammy turns in the other 3 parts and have the Shammy get the spell scroll?

i would like to know just how the heck if someone kills one of these some one is suppose to make their way back their to get it.....you can be invis to undead and invis to everything else at the same time and all you get is a big train kicking your butt and at what 54 you get cani 3 so why bother with this im a 51 3 more levels and i get the higher version so why waste my time trying to get the impossible

This NODROP item is needed by shaman for their level 39 Cannibalize 2 quest. If you kill the Skeletal Warlord in KC, please shout the LOC. Some shaman sitting at the zone might be very greatful.
