This item is sold by Silla Herald, In bloody kithicor. Warmly Faction it takes about 2000 chronobines of questing here to get to warmly depending on how much clearing you do.

Where does this drop or what faction do you need to buy it? For paying for a service from Allakhazam's they are very disappointing in getting us information.

Well the SOD spells appear to handed out in a method similar to how it was done in SOF. If you can buy the SOD Rk I spell, then the Rk. II version spell should be a random drop from a everquest monster.
If you cant buy the Rk. I spell, then you will need fairly high faction to be able to buy the spell from some kind of faction vendor (probably that guy in Void b, which you should be able to get to after you do the quests to allow access there) and the corresponding Rk. I spell should be a random drop. I havent seen Rk. I spells for similar spells on sale in the bazzar yet, perhaps if they are being dropped, most are scribing them instead of selling them.

You've got it backwards. The site is built upon user-provided information for the most part; we rely on our users to provide us with the relevant information, which we then post for all to see. If you have information about an item, mob, quest, etc., please let us know what that information is.
We simply don't yet have any information for this item.
