Task reward for the 1st SARNAK RECOVERY mission, given out by nay of the FoS Dragons by handing them the correct SEALED MESSAGE.

The correct Sealed Message should read something like, "You must recapture that Sarnak. Failure will not be acceptable. The dragons may be interested in an escaped sarnak. You should show this note to one of them."

1) Kill 3 Sebelisian Trackers
2) Find the Escaped Sarnak with information (kill escaped Sarnaks until they confess)
3) Find the meeting place (go to island in far north west)
4) Kill the emissary (kill A Sebelisian Emissary)
5) Speak with Trakanon
