Respawn timer on these apples is like 2 minutes. One of the less miserable quests to do with a full party relatively to the rest of Bloody Kithicor.

i found my five and stoped mayhe more but here whre i found them first in the 3 huts where captain agresin is all three huts have one 365,267 // 350,410 // 520,372 next i found my last two at the area sw of endell corpse at -1054,1057 // -840,1073 hope this helps.
found one at neg 924 by 1039

BTW, used in "Take Everything" task given by Salob (obliteration).
Are these ground spawn or looted? Anyone know?
Update: Thanks to the wandering magician...wink.
Located in the fruit bowls in various houses. The bowls have 3 fruits in them, if you see a fourth green one, either on top or almost hidden underneath, that's a Kithicor apple.

Two bowls the apple is obviously on top, the third bowl, the apple appears under the larger green object and is very hard to see.
