why 3 classes?

If it is summoned by a cleric, but is no drop, why then can shaman and paladin use it? just a thought.

My guess is that they might actually expand on the Tribunal initiate quests beyond the first talisman and this might be the affect of a later one. Yeah I know, long shot, but worth a little ho*crush*pe

Paladins can also summon some of the hammers in this line of spells and Barbarian Shamen get a neck piece that can summon the first in this line of spells.
Duel wield!

Good point as none of the listed classes can duel wield. Maybe its just in case you want to store it in the slot to free up a inventory space

can't be, you can't equip any WEAPON in the offhand unless you have Dual Wield skill.

I've had this spell for months, and only used on corpse runs. With the bane damage, this is actually better than my regular hammer for meleeing undead. Wonder what the bonus on the lvl 34 hammer is, think I go cast one.

BTW, why is this either melee? Can shammy duel wield? I know cleric and pally can't.

no, shamans cant dual wield. only melee classes and some hybrids get it.
