In the Plane of Knowledge, you can purchase these from Jeweler Nonny. He's a male gnome who stands in the small bank, directly across from Dogle Pitt, the banker.

Since the zones have been changed alot of the information here is out dated... I checked East and West Freeport and could not find the Wolfs Eye Agate or even the venders that used to sell them. I DID still find them in the Commonlands (now all one zone) at /loc 171.49, -224.79, 25.36 from vender Lyth Spellstar. Cost for me was 3p 3g 5s 9c... These are needed to get the jewelcrafting trophy.
I suspect nobody cares anymore, but there's so much bad info out there, I'd add what I've found.
Neriak Commons Genzal R`Jyen (mage supplies) has them.
EFP: Ennuard Yetaius and Ilenarn Ghaeaus
WFP: Mekoma Buma and Lysin Smokkan have them
Erudin Place Frena Runeflash and Harban Ranflash have them
South Qeynos: Hanlore Escaval
S. Felwithe: Jewyln
There may be other places too, but that should put a shop near wherever you are if you're in the old world.

these are sold off of Lyth Spellstar in East Commonlands, she is at loc 270, 4910. She's at the very last building before zoning into WC

This can be found in Felwithe near the mage guild. There is a vendor outside the mage guild near the water. She carries the item. Merchant Jewyln.
None found in Erudin either.

I haven't found this ... it was suggested merchants in Freeport had it, but I apparently didn't find the right merchant. Does anyone know where it it sold.

I've never found it either... I looked in Felwithe and also in the Plane of Knowledge at the merchants that are supposed to have all the gems.
