I guess I ordered, but did not PRE order it.
And my punishment is zero staves as opposed to 1... no *999* of them?
If I had f'ing known... fine, pre ordering EVERYTHING from now on.

Is this acquirable any other way?

This is a claim (999 count) for pre-ordering Rain of Fear, along with the Phase Spider metamorph. This will teleport you, when used, to Erillion RIGHT outside the tunnel to Shard's Landing (where Magus used to stand before RoF was released and he moved into Shard's Landing itself).
