Colain is a lvl 40 cleric in Tenebrous. She pops as part of the Elaborately Gilded Wooden Spear quest. She is a fairly easy kill for a mid 40's party but is difficult to pull w/o bringing a pile of bats and stuff. Suggest you mez the mobs around her and pull to zone to kill. Beware she has complete heal being a cleric. The shawl seems to be rare..I got one my first kill on her but haven't seen one since (5 more kills). The spear is a mighty rogue weapon with bane damage to vamps.

these seem to be great if you havent finished your colad shawl 4int and 4wis would help with alchmey as well as adding that bit of mana that you get for each wis pt.

as a note an easier shoulder item to get that is just SA nice or nicer imoho is the elder wolf hide. i have one for my shaman nice ac wis and other stats. Plus doesn't give you -10 fr

Posted: Jan 03 2002 at 9:54 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Not good for raids, -10sv fire. Low wis/int compared to a lot of inexpensive shoulder items that can be found (Braided Ivy Cords, 4ac 5wis for example, runs about 400pp on Xeg). Not bad AC, but I still wouldn't use this item.
