got one today it still drops lb to a lvl 62beastlord

Dropped tonight 1/22/04.
The mobs name is Spiritmaster Ugreth. The loc is roughly neg130, pos1400 in the caves leading to Acrylia Caverns. She conned Light Blue to a 65th level. The placeholder is a grimling spiritslaver. Took around 2 hours for her to pop. Hopes this helps.

Anyone know if it still drops after Grimling Forest went thru a minor revamp about a month or two ago?

I think SK's would Benefit the most from this, a little ac, int,mana, and would definatly have the best use of the 2hb Mod.

Well I don't know man, but as a 64 BST with capped 2hb at like 225 or something similarly gay, I'd like something like this I think; too bad its range slot and not, say...charm slot. 225 + (0.05*225) = 236 or so. Not that it would make a HUGE melee difference, but with CF3 and BF3 and all those other tasty DPS bumps, it might make a noticable difference. Who knows, maybe I'll go get this to swap out with my Ceramic Shield of Valor when I'm done buffing...
This is a nice item for enchanters, though I'm sure most use 1HB almost exclusively, not 2HB. I'd probably be happy with the +2 INT/CHA this item has if not for my Teacher's Syllabus.

This item is nice for INT casters, because it would be like 40 mana added to what you have, 2 cha, and a few resists. PLUS it goes in range slot :)
Yes, I agree, plus 5% increase 2H blunt skill for the casters which makes them hit a little better with a 2hb weapon, even better, raises this skill for melee classes as well. hmmm... seems to me would work for any class that can use it, overall nice little item. But I wonder, if you have maxed skill level, will this increase the skill above it? (say for the 60 lvl players)

Very nice item, just like to point out that it says Class: All, Race: All. I could definately see many non-caster 2hb uses who would like to get their hands on this, myself included. Beats the heck outta my kerran toy, that's for sure.

As a wizard i wouldn't mind geting me one of these puppies, +int +mana and toss in that 2hb bonus for when i need to use my Lost Staff of the Scorned (11/24 for thouse nonwizards out there)for killing some blasted greeny that thinks it would like to take a swing at me

I would seriously consider replacing my Frost Covered Tomb with this, purely because of the fact that I wield a Granite Face Grinder. The 5% to 2hb means I'd hit 5% more often which is fairly significant (especially with my dex)
You wouldn't necessarily hit 5% more often.
It adds 5% to your 2hb skill, which increases your ATK level by +29.
Those with a max 2hb skill of perhaps 232, will receive a modified 2hb skill of ~243.

looking at this item i see my 20 th level chasnter useing it with both +2 to cha and int this item would complement any young enchanter 's wardrobe. unless you have the platinium to buy a sarnak ceremonial dagger which is a +3 int range item this is a good intermediary step to the sarnak dagger.

It's a no drop item. I've traveled through Grimling Forest. Most the stuff cons green to me at 56, but there are a few light blues. From the damage mobs were doing to me I'd guess it's a zone designed for 35-45 lvl players. Plus this drops off a named mob. I won't argue that it would be decent for a chanter, but unless you happen to be at the right place at the right time and someone just got through killing the mob and doesn't want the item, you might have to wait a few levels to attain this.
