How many times as an INT caster have you bemoaned your lack of STR to carry more stuff before becoming encumbered? STR may not be a prime stat for casters, but it definitely comes in useful at the end of a raid when you are trying to lug your loot home.

do not let armor pieces rot in Planes...even if not a mage you can turn the armor in for a gem in PoK, for this bracelet even a paladin could do the turn in to the mage GM for small amount of XP and gem (usually a diamond or blue diamond)...I have turned the Shaman BP from PoHate with my enchanter...because no shaman was there to loot we rolled to see who could turn the item in...and it has always worked so far for me...
I don't think this can be called Ultra rare. I got one and one rotted on our last trip to Sky. Same with the wiz/chanter/necro braclets, pretty much everyone got one and a few rotted. Wouldn't call that rare by any means. Wish it had 4-5 AC though, but still 75hp woot, 35mana woot.. its nice.
Now don't get me wrong, as it's not my intention to flame anyone. But don't most casters by the time they get to PoA have a nice buffer into 200, and can drop some int gear for straight mana gear? Or has mana calulation been changed to the point that at 50+ it's better to have 255 int versus 200 int+100 mana.
Any help in updating my mana caclulator would be keen.
Indeed, and especially with KEI, INT items arent that important. Note that since PoP INT can go above 255 and therefore INT items are back in business ...
But what's the most interesting thing with this bracer is the HP bonus...
It's very understandable to find items with stats that you wouldnt expect =) after all, this is the age when Pally armor came with int, cleric armor came with sta, and sk armor came with wis lol =)
