We killed the regular mobs on island 7 and they dropped 2 times. Luckily I was able to get one since my Golden Bracer has just been made no longer equippable by Iksar. ( verant must hate iksar). I think they hardly ULTRA rare.
Agreed. They are fairly commonish. Last time I went, we had a few rot.
We killed the ThunderSpirit Princess on island ONE tonight and this dropped.

Got this braclet today off of the spiroc lord. We killed him 4 times to get swords for the warrior epic, and this dropped the 4th time. Just so you know, cause it says dropped off of Gorgalosk. I think it is a rare off any boss, but that just my guess for what's its worth.

just got this item 30 min ago, has 5 dex on it as well, but otherwise its badass
