Cannot find this on Mark Blotter. Has quest been changed?? Have the other three parts to this quest and only need the tube to finish. Any help?
He doesn't sell this item in his inventory. Just give him 100pp or 1000gp it doesn't matter which and it also doesn't matter your faction with him as long as you aren't kos. He will give you the Sealed Golden Scroll Tube. Same goes for the Shar Vahl quest piece that needs to be purchased for the Warhammer of Ethereal Energy. Just give him the cash, he'll give you the Medicine pouch you seek.

uh... lotsa staffs can't be weilded by monks, eg skulltop staff, staff of living sand, runed totem staff, etcetera.
Regardless, I suggest you check out the warhammer of ethereal energy. It's just about as easy to get thru this quest. It's similar, but has wis instead of int, 5 more damage, but 38 instead of 30 delay.

Why would a monk want a staff that gives negative stats to strength and stamina, anyway?

Does the Aeridia Family Signet Ring actually drop off the same mobs as the Ancient Ceremonial Warhammer or has the quest not been changed on here? If it does drop off different mob, where and who? Thank you now for any assistance.

I had both the ring and the warhammer drop at the same camp in Marus Seru today. I killed a dozen or fewer recuso smugglers to net two warhammer drops and one ring.
Not difficult to a 27 beastlord teamed with a 31 druid.

Rokim spawns right outside the bar that u kill another mob in Fungus Grove - hes kinda behind and to the left of the entrance to the building.

I solo'd all 3 of the mobs in FG for the EE weapons, not too hard if you're a caster, I am a 53 cleric, so I'm sorta a caster. I think they all have around 2500 to 3k hp, so it might take a few min for someone to melee them, but at least nobody helps them out.

Lol ctually one time i ran into the ebben quickblade the dude u need fer the SoEE part of the quest. He was DB to me at 43 so i was like hell lets try. So i tried i got him to half way but he was double hittin fer 70's n 80's an i have 912ac as a warrior i was like him so i took of running n there was a lvl 60 warrior sitting near entrance well i asked him fer help an some chick named marcillia or something came running with him lol. The lvl 60 warrior jus walked past me an i was like EKK an ran to zone. Guess ogre's still hate lil woodelfs.

where does this npc spawn? i have done all the quest except for finding him. the quest list the loc, but not the zone

I got this staff in trade the other day for a cane of harmony. Did I come out ahead on that one or what?!?! I'm guessing the guy didn't know what he had and I didn't know until I looked it up, this thing rocks! 13damage 30delay, my necro is hitting in the high teens to lower 20's at lvl9! Now I blast them, let the pet aggro them and I beat on them from behind, quick kills and quick exp.

Mez spells are conjuration based. As an enchanter you are conjuring lights that enthrall the mob.
Enchanter radial stuns (color line) are divination based. This will help and enchanter stun the mobs around them.

Mez actually is Conjuration. We don't have too many divination spells with the notable exception of illusions. Our Area Effect stuns that radiate out from ourselves however are divination.
