I spotted this in the bazaar on Drinal, with prices ranging from 74,995 all the way up to 2,000,000.

In 30 more mins i will have been at this camp for 24 hours straight with no luck at all. I have gotten about 20 ish spawns, and in 3 of those times i had gotten the normal rare has been droppin with the common darkened. It is leavin me wonder if it is still on the loot table or if the loot table is bugged, can anyone comfirm its still on the loot table?

session time 14h 39 mins and counting,... had the normal one drop with a darkened ring, the drop rate of this is just stupid, theres no way my luck can be this bad =(

i thought this was a cool thing to know..

the frenzy will actually wear the sash when he spawns with it. you tell because the sash has spell shielding on it while the ring does not. so if you nuke him with a hard to resist nuke or proc and it never lands for full damage it means he has a sash!

It's a nice item. But don't farm it for the 5% over haste or you'll be wasting your time. Do the math yourself. Think it's (delay of weapon)/2.05. You number wont be different from 2.00

With "haste rounding", ONLY delays (41, 43, 45, 47, 49) saw ANY increase in swings/time w/an 105% haste. This was due to servers recognizing only time-intervals of 0.78, all other values of delay were rounded up to the nearest correlating interval of 0.78.

This issue was reportedly fixed in 2007.
ALL info below refers to the pre-fix conditions.

The EQoutriders link lists 2 charts; one rounds all values up, the other rounds (<.5) down and (>0.49) up. Lets test these charts.

The 1st chart would've reduced The Rod of Shaded Wrath (35 delay), to 18 delay at 105%, while the 2nd chart would've reduced it to 17 ("0.78 iterations" were 17.16, 17.94).

The 1st chart on EQoutriders was proven accurate via parse logs. ONLY delays (41, 43, 45, 47, 49) benefitted from 105% haste. No parse data supported the 2nd chart.

The data from the monk threads stated ALL parsed delays rounded up; and that weapon delays (21, 28, 35) rounded up MOST* efficiently vs any other delays at max haste + overhaste (125%).

Conclusion:
Pre-fix: Only weapons w/delay (41, 43, 45, 47, 49) benefitted from 105% haste.
Post-fix: ALL weapons benefit from 105% haste, as the leftover "remainders" now add up and are accounted for in the next applicable attack round.

hehe, I've never been there. I have better. I also have a bard with various overhaste and a parser to check them. What do you got? 5% isn't enough to put you over to the next lower delay. It has to be 8%+. This here is nothing more than a 3.5 second dummy buff clicky. Check this link out.
