Just got this thing on Phinigel. As nukes said like 13 years ago, it still applies :P. -5 int when capped isn't anything. I actually think that's what they intended it for, to make your overflow of int feel worthwhile by giving you raw hp and mana over int.
-5 int is nothing at lvl 60 with capped int and kei my int is still maxed. so basically this is +50 hp/mana and a handy 5 str. i personally love it will use when in normal grouping ect ect and take off for resist stuff in raids.. grats to all who get it. only complaint i have is i would like more mana and less hp like the necro posky bracer but still very nice

I got mine off of an Essence of Tamer. Looked like a bigger griffon.

Just about any isle boss can drop this. I got mine from the Keeper of Souls, and I saw one drop off The Spiroc Lord, it rotted =(.
