So basically I would need to have a smithing of 300+ before can buy this scroll or attempt to make any Elaborate weapons? That's fairly lame considering I just burned up 100 rare ore drops to get a whopping 5 skill points. Could they maybe make the skill rate slightly better? I have all my stats at 350+.

Apparently, it takes a required skill level to 'see' the books. My cleric skill level 260 could see no higher lvl books than Intricate.. my druid, skill 189 could not even see intricate, only simple and ornate.

All 7 of the weapon smithing books can be found on Borik Darkanvil in Pok. Please make sure to update all 7 books here with this information. When i try to add it to all of them, it flags me for posting duplicate posts
