Fine Weapon Making Volume 4
Two handed Weapon Assembly

All of the two handed
weapons will be made in a
forge.

As mentioned in the
previous volume, you will
need to get coal, loam and
ore according to the
quality of the material you
are using.

For a great sword, melt and
mix ore and two blocks of
weapon grade ore and pour
it into a large hilt
casting mold and a large
blade shaped mold. Break
it from the mold with a
smithy hammer and sharpen
it with a sharpening stone.
Finally wrap the hilt with

a hilt wrap.

Make a great axe by melting
and mixing ore and two
blocks of weapon grade ore
and pour it into a large
axe head shaped mold.
Break it from its mold with
a smithy hammer and sharpen
it with a sharpening stone.
Fit the axe head onto a
haft to finish the weapon.

Make a long spear by
melting and mixing ore and
a block of weapon grade ore
and pour it into a spear
head shaped mold. Break it
from its mold with a smithy
hammer and sharpen it with
a sharpening stone. Fit
the spear head onto a long
haft to finish the weapon.

For a staff, melt and mix
ore and a large brick of
weapon grade ore and pour
it into a metal wrap shaped
mold. Break it from the
mold with a smithy hammer
and while it is still
malleable from the heat,
wrap it around a staff and
seal it using the same
smithy hammer.

To make a long hammer, melt
and mix ore, a block of
weapon grade ore and a
small brick of weapon grade
ore and pour it into a
hammer head shaped mold.
Break it from the mold with
a smithy hammer and
fine-tune its shape with
the hammer. Fit the hammer
head onto a haft to finish
the weapon.
