i'd like to get one of these sweeeeeeettttt looking axes and besides buying one i would like to know what i have to kill to get one
Validus Custodus is the Katta Guards. I'd say its a safe bet that they drop this.
i was in black burrow hunting and someone shouted that they needed a gnoll skin so i traded gnoll skin for a kill of dyllin starsire for the ToV quest i was a 14 at the time. then later the same day he was back inquiring about a bb gnoll cask so i traded that so him for some pp then he gave me the axe too he was a rogue and thanks to me he did burning rapier quest and gave me a token of his appretation. now my RL friend gets to sport the axe(darn non dru compatible)
these things aren't nearly as popular as they were, now ppl pay maybe 30pp,, i see on merchants mostly

...about these is that if you give them to Skelly pets, their graphic changes to that of a Lute.

I was in the bazaar the other day and saw some ranger chick with a weapon that had this sweet graphic but also had great stats when she read them off to me... but can't remember name of girl or axe for the life of me... anyone think they know what I am talking about?

This post was right, picked up a set of these cool lookin axes in Kasta other night, traded them for the Wurmy. Saved me weeks of trouble in Rathe Mountains. Had a lot of pokes and inspects, everyone wants a set of these. :)

I will say that this is the coolest looking axe in the game bar none. I have an axe and shield on my selling paly mule in ec tunnel and I get 3 to 5 inquiries on what the heck those things are every time I log on. People have offered hundreds of plats and good gear for what are basically pretty average weps and shields just because of the cool factor.

Someone cleared out the guards there on their way through, and I looted one of these and a shield off the corpse.

I was Ec 1 morning, and this Shadowknight comes up to me and asks if i would trade this weapon for anything...I sad sure I'll take your MoSS. :) to my suprise he says "Sure". He wantd this Axe cuz it looks soo sweet. I also threw in a ValidusCustodus Shield (12ac nonmagical).
