I've killed her two or three times on different occasions and got the ring twice: sold the first one in the bazaar, keeping the second one for my druid alt. Maybe I've just been lucky with the random number generator for once!

I killed her about 6 times and the first, 4th, and 5th times she dropped the ring, I made about 200 plat in about 2 hours, not to bad
I came here looking for the ring on my monk to give to my druid i killed her once and she dropped the ring.

Killed her bout 15 times, got ring on the first and last kill...Heh, she likes to heal herself too.
Edit: Was with group, the ring is lore, my druid could only take the one...but not a bad drop for a lev 29 at the time druid to get off a blue mob

Last night my group killed her oh 12 times and we got the ring 6 times out of 12 so i'd say it's very comon
Every time so far I and my group have killed her, she drops Unberbulk Bile...this ring is NOT a "common" drop. BTW, we killed her at least 10 to 15 times.

Camped Crinthia for about 3 hours this afternoon. She spawned 8 times before the ring dropped.
The first 8 times I killed Crinthia, I got the underbulk bile. The next 8 times saw her drop the ring at least 6 times. I spent two days killing everything in the mutant caves and this ring is not as rare as Roy's ring, but it is more common than Torin's horn and Murph's pick.
If it wasn't for the faction hit, I'd slaughter more Preistess Taralofs (misspelled as "Tarafol" on this site) to see if she'd drop the freaking Insignia. Killed her twice and got two ghetto earings, but she went from indifferent to glowering. She still blue to me at level 40. Dang it hurts not to hunt her wussy *** down. Sometimes, even a noble knight wants to be an Iksar scum just for a few minutes.

Common is the default setting until rarity has been determined... it doesn't necessarily mean that the item is common. This used to get me on a few items too :).

I spent like 5 hours there and not seen one ring, However I have seen like about 20 pick!

You are SO right. I have killed her now more then 20 times and she hasn't dropped this ring once. Rare = maybe, Very rare = yes, common = your smokin something and should share. That's my 2cp.

I've killed her probably about 10 times and gotten 5 rings... so I guess it's not the fact of it being common or uncommon, but just luck... now, if only I could get that luck to work out on really good items...
