I got mine off of a Ruinous Sun Revenant. First capitalized Sun Rev I've killed. He popped next to Twilight Sea zone.

FYI drops off the Possessed Sun Revenant. Makes sense I guess.
It would make a lot of sense if it had charges of somesort of charm spell. Not that it would be balanced, but it would make sense.
...low level INT caster ring. Level 45+ people should have virtually no use for this ring. Maybe it's used in a quest or something.
Nice at the lower level sure, even nicer in the higher levels. It has int and saves verus magic, fire and cold. But I am sure everyone who is 45+ can afford those velium rings that gives saves verus everything.
Yup diamond ring is pretty good, prolly cost ya 1k. Better off buying one of them but if you are in the area its not to bad a ring to pick up. Definately not newbie item, newbie items have hp and mana on them. You have 5 to the important saves if you are gonna fight non necro typse and 2 int as an extra. The Velium diamond is 8 to all saves though. If its int you want get a person with jewel craft to make ya a ring.
