Does it disappear?
# Mar 07 2002 at 4:50 AM Rating: Default
I found a bag full of this stuff tonight and as I was getting ready to log off I started thinking about my water/food from my mag disappearing. Will the equipment disappear as well? Its good stuff for a lvl 9 SK :D

Yes, anything labeled as no rent will disappear 30 minutes after you log. That is, if you picked this bag up and logged on 20 minutes later, you'd still have it. If you didn't log back on for 40 minutes (or more) it would poof. That's why you often find no rent items on the ground (along with common foraged items).

Personally anything that I have that's summoned (or for any other reason No Rent) I try to cast down on the ground before I camp. I also usually shout or OOC the location of it so that if anyone nearby happens to be interested, they can come grab it before it disappears.

It's served me well, I might as well let it have a chance to live on a little longer.
Interesting

AC is 2 less than Fine Plate. Still viable for CRs and perhaps rewarding lower levels but nothing one would want to ditch player-crafted stuff for... Decent Verant... thanks.

hmm

one of the mages in my guild summoned some of this up for her wedding last week, has a cool red tint to it...other than that, whats diff between this and bronze? :( besides no rent that is

My guess is that its for pets. probably a small addition to their ac.

The difference is, you can't summon bronze when your party has to fight it's way deep into a dungeon on a corpse run.;)
