I was in Umbral Plains to twink a friend who had not played in a long time. Three hours were spent in the zone with my level 105 paladin clearing with 1 pull and waiting for the zone to repop. Not one piece of either Moktor or Raldukan plate armor dropped the entire time. If anyone reads this... let me know when, if recently you recieved a piece of that armor, accept the helm i know that still drops.
This is a nice bracer to get if you don't allready have Velious faction quest armor. Seen the mob spawn habitually near the zone in from Maiden so just get a decent group to exp, grind and hope Raldukan spawns.

yah, no Iksars either... Raldukan Helm fits nice though... what's that all about?

What do they mean by recommended level 50? is it a requirment?
It means that if you somehow had a twink character loot this (almost impossable in UP) then the stats you see on the screen shot aren't the ones your twink would get, they would be drastically lower. But they would go up at you level LOL. Then at 50 (when you are able to get this) you would have an uber bracer. =0)

ac is measured as AC x 1.5 so it'd be 27AC each, VERY nice. 54AC total with two, surprised as hell that they aren't lore.
Thats a heck of a lot of AC on this bracer. Very nice.
