How quickly does this evolve, and does it only evolve from killing drakes? Or does it evolve from killing any mobs, but evolves much faster when killing drakes?

only evolves from killing drakes.
Any drake or certain drakes in a certain zone?
Would really like to know if this can be leveled on other drakes, say in Stillmoon or elsewhere. My ranger has an orc sticker from the Fangbreakers that is taking ages to level. If SoD ends up not having wereorcs or drakes, I think I will be more likely to get use out of the bane drake, and would buy one of these and dump the xp from the orc sticker. Can anyone confirm that this levels and is bane on other drakes?
