Fabled Basalt Greatsword of the Protector  

 

Just for fun I killed The Fabled Xuzl and let my level 65 paladin loot this. The ratio is actually something you would see on level 75 - 80 items and translates to 99/35 on my paladin at 65. Compare it to The Fabled Fiery Staff of Zha which has a slightly worse (!) ratio but the required level on that staff is level 75.
Another item with a (arguably) mistaken item level is the Fabled Rune Etched Bamboo Bo which drops of Jiva in this same zone. I did the same thing with my level 65 monk and equipped it on him.

Both my paladin and my monk are tearing up the elemental planes solo now, which is big fun with level 65 characters. This and the Fabled Rune Etched Bamboo Bo are both the ultimate twink weapons at level 65 for the classes that can equip them.

I'm afraid I was too busy getting my bell rung (I was main tank) to get any fight information.

All I can say is - bring clerics. LOTS of clerics. I'm sure my guildies will take him down again so I will do my best to get real information.
