Ruins of Kunark
Not to be complaining, as I have no desire to play a beastmaster.. But, couldn't they at least have given their trak bp a unique effect? This is the same effect on the JB bp.. All other BPs have a unique effect, if I'm not mistaken.

Actually, this is one of the better BPs to come off of Trak. Many of the BPs effects are only designed to save some mana and a spell gem. The ones for Paladins, Clerics and Druids are all spells they already possess anyways. With the BP they simply save some mana. The Bard, Rogue and Warrior BPs all have the same effect, Invigorate, a 100pt heal spell. To melee classes this means they can finally solo a bit, having a way to heal between fights.
The Shaman, Shadowknight and now Beastlord BPs are also some of the more useful ones. The Shaman and Beastlord BPs give Bramblecoat a 19pt AC Buff and 3pt Damage Shield more useful to a Beastlord because they are more likely to be taking hits in battle. The Shadowknights get Major Shielding, and what hybrid wouldn't like some more HP and AC.
The ONLY BP with a truly unique effect is Tolan's Darkwood Breastplate. It casts Ring of Faydark a self only teleport spell to Lesser Faydark near the Greater Faydark zone wall.
The simple fact of the matter is ALL these BPs are useful in their own light. They don't each need their effects to be unique in order to accomplish this.

If I'm not mistaken, most of the melee bp's from Trak have the 90pt heal effect?

Monks are leather classes, and i am guessing this is why ya said that, but /shrug don't get mad about monks not getting armor because caster classes got screwed too, no one "should" get anything, there is no fair and unfair in everquest IMO =)

Wild Lord's seems to be the Beastlord Kunark armor, but shouldnt there also be a monk type now too?
All the pure caster classes got screwed with Kunark too...
well, TECHNICALLY, monks do get kunark class armor (crescent), but it isn't exactly up to par with anything i've seen as far as other class armor goes=P (although it's alot easier to get hehe)
