A lot of items that look useless now still have their uses. you see a sucky weapon in the eyes of your 65 overlord, but i see a potentially decent twinking item since it has no level requirements, and has a nice chunk of hp and mana.
I kind of feel dirty, I seee 240 tribute.

i would definitely reccomend this. I use it dual wield with my centi longsword. You can get one for about 500pp at the bazaar on nameless. Very sweet!

Il definetly take this over my smoldering brand and 10/22 piercer thingie :p
this is one of the best atk/delay whips ive seen, ok modifiers but it makes a not-so-bad weapon, especially since it is used by only Dual Weilders... this just needs a little AC, say 5 or so to be complete
