I've just had one of these drop off a rat in Gloomingdeep. No, really. It was the one nearest the two icky quest givers.
Got another one of these from a hurricane nophtan in the Plane of Storms.
They do not sell for 175k pp any more... I sold my last one for 55k pp, and I just might use this one.

you don't purchase the LoN game and it's not an expansion....it's just an add on to the game that you get for free.
