nice bracer but if i had a choice id go for golden bracer. im a 53 who still uses dooming darkness BECAUSE i have golden bracer. i can pull further away from the mobs spawn point. plus i use invoke fear and can fear things from further away. im starting to lose intrest in fear kiting. hate kiting and being a pet cleric are apealing to me too, so im looking for an item with extended range 3 maybe on face or finger or wrist. any sudgestions would be good becasue i want to use my cascading darkness more ( i wont have to use darkness plus E-bolt, will save mana on low hp things).

Go to Katta quests. There is an EB neck item with stats that make it attractive to most, if not all classes. The organs in question drop here, a guild can get the quest item for ALL light races within three days camping the temple TOPS, prolly a LOT sooner.
For melee that find the snakes, and lack of air a PAIN, there is a mob that also drops it that spawns in Echo caverns(a zone WITH air by the way). It is on the deep side of echo, in the room with all the iksar slaves. The Taskmaster also drops a few other items, and is decent AA xp. I got the neck for my mage that way in about three days of lazy hunting.

lol nice item very nice.. anyone have any clue why they always give pure casters str on items? lol.. seriously lol by 255 int i am gonna be around 170 str lol.. i got 235 int now n 150 str from items like this.. wtf lol.. if only verant would be nice n put agi n dex on this item instead sigh!

Why do they put STR on finger wiggler items? I think my base STR is about 60. Gear only has my STR up to 75. When I'm upgrading gear, STR is a total luxury stat. The stats on this item are not bad.
I too have a Rallic pack, EE Bag and a Dusty Ransacker's pack. Summoned 100% WR bags go in all the other slots. You'd think that would do the trick, wouldn't you? Nope, that coin gets awfully heavy, and I hate to have to destroy cash.

As a 56 Necro., I love items that come with +str. I have a Rallic pack, sewn evil eye bag, light burlap sack, and a large soiled bag and still become encumbered often when leveling. My int. is currently 226. I also have a lot of hp gear on and my str. is only about 84. I want this bracelet.

When Everquest first came out i chose to be agnostic as there was no such religious gear. Now i am kicking myself in the **** for not picking Solusek Ro.
So for being an Agnostic wizard needing to get my INT to 255 i purchased this ring in Thurgadin on 1/29/02 for 3800pp and feel it is worth every pp. Considering the effort to get this.
Only drawback to this bracer is the fact that it doesnt have any resists. But that is what my Bluediamonds are for anyway. /shrug

We have been in the Grey for 2 days now and have not seen this guy come up yet. How do you get him to spawn??

Dropped by Crusader Kezzel, in the ruined skeleton fort just left of the Mons Letalis Zone (left if you are zoning in from Mons Letalis)
There are about 15 or so skeletons packed in the fort, with a fast repop, so the way I have approached him with a group, is to harmony the close mobs, target him, snare, and run. Most of the fort will aggro on me, and I lead them away while the group picks off the slow moving Kezzel.
When confirmed dead, I use Egress (Druid) to clear aggro and plop myself down back at Mons Letalis
(I dont train to the zone since many mobs in this zone dont move back to spawn point, often while zoning into the grey you will be greeted by many mobs right at the zone, regular invis works on 90% of the mobs here, even undead. Always invis before zoning into the grey from either Scarlet Desert or Mons Letalis)

This is a common druid trick. It's almost as if the zone 'bug' where mobs stop in their tracks when they lose agro is actually meant to make life even easier for us crafty druids. We have been doing this kind of thing for eons.

I been to grey for quit some time now. As a lvl 60 necro i solo ever named mob near the castle and pretty gotten everything they drop more than once but never seen this before. Can someone post what this drop off?
Has anyone even been to the grey yet? Trust me, you BETTER bring your necro, mage, or enchanter full of fish scales. There is ABSOLUTELY NO air in the zone. This is DEFINATELY not a n00b zone.

lol spend 3 k on a fish bone earring or come here use LE and quest the free EB item that has MR also on it...no brainer..plz fish boneearring is so overrated and a wasted boring camp=P

Seems to be a lot of the new items are adding huge amounts of STR to the casters....Some casters could put the right items together and achieve 200 STR.....interesting.

As an Erudite Wizard, I have a very low str 60. I also sport two of the imbued Fire opal rings, which lower my STR by 8 each. So now I am constantly encumbered, no matter what. I need STR, and this item rocks. Also remember that after Luclin 200+ INT gets a better mana/int ratio. It is good to be a Wiz again. :)

Try to get netted kelp, add str/sta/int/sv fire but with a neg hit for cha.
this is better than my dragon bone braclet,which i had to kill a dragon and roll against 30 people for....nice to see some user friendly drops coming out.
Haven't made it over to The Grey yet (been trying to get my spells in Fungus Grove), but I understand its not exactly a newbie zone... I kinda expect this to be another Sebilis/Velks/Chardok type zone to take some of the load / perma camp outta those places... Nice bracer... As a chanter, I cant see myself wearing on a regular basis since I really dont need INT, but for tradeskills it would be nice...
