Deluxe Sewing Kits were removed from the game years ago and can only be obtained from the King's Court Casino in Shadowhaven or perhaps on the rare item merchant.
An Antonica Sewing kit can only be used by humans. You need your own race's cultural sewing kit. Some can be quested or bought in a home town or in the bazaar, but most are smithed in your race's cultural forge.

Hafling - Vale Sewing Kit
High Elf - Koada`Dal Sewing Kit
Human - Antonican Sewing Kit (smithing)
Iksar - Iksar Sewing Kit
Ogre - Ogre Sewing Kit
Shar Vahl - Shar Vahl Sewing Kit

Having crafted Spool of Energized Brownie Hair within Steam Factory, one exits and presents to Eron one yellow faycite and one purple faycite and one of the Spool of Energized Brownie Hair. Note he does not return any of those including the spool. Then comes a speak /hail. After that hail Eron gives you the Eron's Threaded Web Pattern. It is not crafted.
