I have spent countless hours trying to get the named to spawn and all i got was one swift are and a gigantic earth. went there with a group tonite and within 2 hours of killin everything we got 2 greater, a berserk, and Hydro. we got two fine cloth sleeves, fetish of the nimble, and this belt. Just posting this so everyone knows that spawns are completely random, but when they start popping its worth all the time.

this belt drops off Hydro, the boss elemental of water, Hydro is approximately the same level as the normal water elementals (27) but has better ac. this is his common drop and hydro is the most common boss to spawn, have seen him 3 times in the 30 hours i have camped here. All the loot here is lore, so no farming, and for every item there is a greater and lesser version, the greater versions being rare, Ive had alot of items rot here when i was only person in zone, but i have also let others loot when someone was around.
Just to let everyone know this is the common drop off of Hydro. The rare drop is the Belt of Guardianship ac12, str/wis/int +3, hp's/mana +20, all saves +3. I have sent in a snapshot of this belt a couple of weeks ago, but haven't seen it come up yet. If anyone can tell me for sure the address I am supposed to send the item information to I would appreciate it...I am assuming that I must have sent it to the wrong place.

not an amazing item, but none-the-less decent and good for low-mid level casters/hybrids
Um, looking at this belt for my level 58 enchanter. Trying to get to a few more PoA raids for a sphinx hair cord. Caster belts are mostly crap.
