About time they started putting Haste on items besides Belt, Cloak and (recently) Gloves.
They also have Haste earrings (albeit ULTRA rare) and haste head slot items. Also I believe there is at least one pair of feet items that have Haste on em....This is just about one of the only slots left that DIDN"T have a haste item.

these are perfect for about anyone who does decent melee dmg
