actually its not the lvl that makes this impossible to pickpocket, its the fact that its no drop.

This can't be pickpocketed.
The mob is 60, a lvl 60 rogue can pickpocked from lvl 55 mobs max.
So don't worry, be happy :)

Isnt it true that Non Magic items are able to be pickpocketted? If so ye may want to warn the rogues!
Not Rogue Usable, or Bard for that matter. What's more, it's no drop - so no selling it. What's MORE, the stats are pretty lame for a Rogue, the AC is good, and the 15hp doesn't hurt. Unless you're doing trade skills or want some saves, this is pretty useless for a rogue.

Aye but if a Rogue were PPing, and PPed this then it would be worthless, hence needing to warn them not to PP.

Yes, you can PP nodop items, I do it all the time, what you CANNOT PP is Magic Items.

Ill gladly replace my Velium Ruby mask for this item..Nice item to have and plu there are some lower level guild mates that can use my Velium Ruby mask more then I..SO it will goto you guys :o) well good hunting and safe journey to all

Perhaps you should note that it is NO DROP, so why bother getting more than one unless you are a greedy no sharing group member? As far as magic goes, I have yet to see a special headbut attack available to hit mobs, know something I don't?
It doesn't have Clarity 1, it has Flowing Thought 1, wish gives you one more point of mana regen, and it stacks with C1 or C2.

This veil is dropped by a Shadowed Overlord. I cant give a spawn time or defined area he spawns each time, but I know his re-spawn time is more than 2 hours, as after he was killed, he did not show back up on track in that time.

Its a face slot item and it dropped off of a level 60ish mob in Maiden's Eye.

YOu got the wrong mask. You thinking of Shaded Mask of Rygan, off Xi Thall in Maiden's eye.
It's alot better then Centien mask
