Doesn't appear to drop from "a power station operator" ... killed roughly 15 of them while clearing to aug mob, and none of them dropped ANY of the blueprints. So don't waste your time there.
camped foundry workers in fm in the north room where alloy samplings spawn. in first 30 min we got a gamma and a beta blueprint

i camped this thign for 6 hours at least already today and only seen 2 gamma drops... Sony seriously nerfed the drop rate.. on an item that gets you nothing unless you do te oother 20 quests... awesome! thanks again sony
