Secrets of FaydwerI just did the "The Daring Rescue" with a 83 cleric, 76 shammy, and 77 druid. The "Handful of Wereorc Fangs" was not given nor offered.
only things offered were XP or faction. And yes we checked all of our bags. might like to update it from that quest.

Got this as a reward for the quest "The enemy of my enemy is my enemy". Same guy that gives the Goblin slaughter quest gives it. I was not offered a reward when i did the ones listed by Iluvitar. This could be like the TBS quests where the first few are faction then you start getting offered the rewards.

The only other quests that I have completed in LP so far are as follows:
Babeliyna 1: The Lost Husband (received faction and exp)
Babelitna 2: The Daring Rescue (received faction and exp)
The Lost Necklace (received faction and exp)
Rebuilding: Wood (received faction and exp)
Fight or Flight (received faction and exp)
Reducting the Threat: Goblins (received faction and exp)
I completed all these prior to doing "The enemy, my enemy, my friend" but I do not know if I needed to. Try doing "The enemy, my enemy, my friend" first and see if you receive the Handful of Wereorc Fangs before wasting your time on others.

these are a quest reward from quest known as "The Daring Rescue" from a questgiver near steamfont ZL (Babelinya not sure exact spelling) she gives this quest after you complete "The Lost Husband"
The Lost Husband 3 steps goto north Bridge by quest givers go south to wereorc camp between gators and Bloodmoon and hover over guy on ground return to QG. reward xp and faction with Fangbreakers. Not repeatable.
The Daring Rescue 3 steps again this time you need to hail the sleeping guy without invis(careful of agro), then kill 4 bloodmoon ambushers and return to QG reward xp and faction fangbreakers , if faction high enough you get Handful of wereorc fangs (kindly not enough ally was) Repeatable.
